Artwork requirement
Acceptable file are: AI and EPS (editable file).
- If you have jpeg or bmp, there may be more charge for artwork fee.
- Make sure you outline your fonts if you are submitting a vector file.
- If you send us jpeg or bmp file, we will need to scan and redraw the design, therefore, expect more artwork fee in your budget

FAQ
Q - What is screen printing?
A - Steady pressure is used to spread the ink evenly across the mesh screen. The ink passes through the open spaces in the screen. The fabric is then dry with high templeratures.
Q - If I reorder, do I pay for setup?
A - If you reorder within 6 month, setup fee is waived. We only keep our screen for 6 months. After 6 months, you will need to pay for setup for $35.00 per color.
You should notify us if you plan to place another order in the very immediate future, in which case we would not recharge you for the screen(s).
Q - Can I mix different style and different size on the shirts?
A - Yes, you can combine items and sizes as long as all items are printed with the same design, same color, and same location. For example, if you have 24 men's red shirts and 12 lady red top, you will receive 36 pieces pricing for screen printing.
Q - How much is Artwork fee?
A -
There is one hour minimum artwork fee of $35.00.
Artwork fee is $35.00 per hour. The work include: modifying uploaded file to screen printing purpose, scanning and editing image, color separation, and other preparation for pre-production services. We save your art file for up to 2 years.
Q - Do I own my artwork file?
A -
Yes, you own your artwork file. Art file will be send by e-mail at your request. The file is designed for spot and process color use. We, however, don't guarantee the printing quality done by other company
