One time Set up fee is $80.00.
Up to 5 color.
Design size: 3.75 x 3.75 inches.
Free sew out sample will be sent via jpeg and USPS mail.
Maximum 18 letters per line. Up to 3 lines.
The price indicated is the standard left chest, right chest or sleeve embroidery.
We save the tape for 2 year.
Personalized each Name: $9.00 each name with purchase of custom logo.

Artwork requirement

- Acceptable file: JPEG, GIF, AI, EPS (editable file), and TIFF format.
- Scale the design within 3.75” x 3.75” area.
- The size is standard left chest logo size.
- Unlike other companies whose, embroidery price is based on $/1000 stitch, we charge $75.00 setup fee for custom logo, regardless number of stitches, up to 5 colors .
- We may make minor adjustment on the embroidery font or logo, and we always get your approval before we proceed your order.
- If your current logo has 6 or more color, many details, gradients, un-distinct color boundary, or your logo require extensive touch-up, we will notify you ASAP.

FAQ

Q - What is embroidery?
A - Embroidery is an art piece done by needle using special shinny embroidery thread. Embroidery always adds an increased perceived value to the product you are purchasing.

Q - Can I mix different style, color, and different size on the shirts?
A - Yes, you can combine items and sizes as long as all items are embroidered with the same design, same color, and same location. For example, if you have 24 men's shirts and 12 lady top, you will receive 36 pieces pricing for embroidery.

Q - What if the items I order needs color change? I want white logo on black shirt & black logo on white shirt.
A - If there is color change required because of the change in shirt color, we need to replace the thread color. Each thread color change is $15.00 per color change.

Q - Do I own my embroidery file?
A - Yes, at your request, embroidery file will be send by e-mail. We, however, don't guarantee the embroidery quality done by other company.
